My name is Jasmina, after a series of health problems in 2010 I discovered that I have celiac disease, two years after the DAO enzyme deficiency and multiple intolerancies. It has developed in me a love for cooking which is a big challenge when it comes to the choice of food (gluten free, corn free, lactose free,sulfitefree etc, the food with low histamine). Since I consider myself a creative person I've invested all my creativity in recipes that will delight all others who have similar problems with food and today there is a wide spread problem. In my homeland Croatia, Europe there are not many products that respond to these needs and once in 2 month I have to go to Italy and buy all I need, from GF flour, pasta, GF and lactose free salami,cheese etc. It's a large outlay on my salary, especially as income in the Republic of Croatia is a very modest. I met in my surrounding number of people with a similar problem which I helped with advice and my goal is that more people are familiar with this problem. Especially when there are some holidays I'm baking cakes, bring it to work to my colegue to try and see that this type of food can be delicious ... invite my friends who do not have these problems, etc ... my apartment looks like a small restaurant. I wish more often to arrange meetings with the aim of spreading awareness about this problem, at least 1x per week to organize a dinner and invite people, but for that I need necessary funds ... Everything I do I try to take pictures so I 'll write cookbook and shared all those who need it. I am grateful to all, who have realized the problem and are willing to help.
