Many .of the senior citizens living in Franklin Town are living alone without the support of friends or family. The minimal government pension is often used to buy prescription medication and as such there is hardly any money left to buy food.
It breaks my heart to see our senior citizens drinking hot tea for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A proper diet and nutritious meals will also help to improve their quality of life.
We must join hand and heart together and offer special care for their golden years
