Food and neutering costs for stray cats and dogs

I would like to raise funds for the cost of food and neutering of stray cats and dogs around my estate. Stray cats and dogs that are not neutered will be put to sleep to prevent spread of diseases and unwanted breeding. Only way for the cats and dogs to stay alive is to neuter them.
