Food Allergic Friendly Cafe

I have Celiac desease. It's a desease caused by gluten inside of foods. People with celiac disease who don't maintain a gluten-free diet have a greater risk of developing several forms of cancer, including intestinal lymphoma and small bowel cancer.

There are several food allergens like corn, dairy and milk, lactose, fish, eggs, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, etc...

It is estimated that over 300 million individuals worldwide manage special dietary needs. It's very important for celiacs to maintain their diets. It is really very difficult for them to eat outside.

My aim is to setup a café where allergic people can eat safely with all labeled foods in Ortakoy, on the Bosphorus where two continents, Europe and Asia meet.
