Fondation Souad KOUASSI

Hello everyone,

I appeal to your generosity to contribute to the realization of a humanitarian project that is particularly close to my heart. Inspired by my mother-in-law, Madame Souad KOUASSI, before her death last January, she wished, despite her cancer and all her suffering, to create a foundation to help orphans and widows in Africa. Mother of 5 children, she dedicated her life to helping disadvantaged people focusing on their needs to personal comfort.

A week before her appeal to God, she spoke to me earnestly about her wish to return to Abidjan, after her care in Morocco, to set up this foundation.

Unfortunately, despite her love for the underprivileged, she was never able to return to this country to realize this project which was so dear to her heart. It is in her memory that I wish to continue this charitable work which must not remain unfinished.

I would like to appeal to your big heart so that your donations can make it possible to create the Souad Kouassi Foundation in Ivory Coast.

The inauguration of the foundation will be on Tuesday 02 January 2018. This date also corresponds to the first anniversary of the departure of this Great Lady.

For this first event, we would like to give the children of Orphelinat Village SOS in Bingerville a festive meal and lots of food, clothing, sanitary products and play to allow them to have a normal childhood as a child. We would like, her son and I, to initially set up the Foundation and the first donations needed by the children at the various orphanages in Côte d'Ivoire. Afterwards, we would like to give them regular donations, to support themselves and also to develop the Foundation.

We will post photos and videos of the inauguration of the Foundation and what will be offered to the children that day.

PS: At the request of the director of the orphanage and out of respect for the children, we will not publish pictures of their faces. Thanks for your understanding.
