So, what is this all about? For more than 5 years now I'm trying to make myself a career.
I finished highschool back in 2012 and I got a job in a steering wheel factory where I stayed for about 3 years. I was in a very small city, with not so many career options, my family struggled with money, so my only thought after graduating was to get a job and earn my own money so I could help my family. After 2-3 years, earning the minimum wage ( which in my country, back then, was around 200 $) I started to think more about the future, I started to save some money to go to college. In 2016 I finally had enough saved money so I could go. All good until this point, started my studies In another city, a big one. After half an year I got a job as a gardener, the only job i could find in that moment that was flexible enough to allow me to attend all my courses. In the second half of the second year I got a better job, which was not as flexible as the previous one, but helped me pay my college at some extent, and my rent. Due to the fact that I was working and staying in a rent(where, by the way, I pay half my salary), a small one, with 1 room, a very little kitchen, but a cozy one, I stumbled across some financial problems(because of the big expenses) and some problems at college( because there were a lot of moments when I couldn't go to courses because I was caught with work), didn't payed my college in time and now I have to wait another year to finish my college. Getting straight to the subject. I'm currently studying Finance and Banking but my passion and dreams are in other directions, I love the tech world a lot and beside this I love sport a lot and I want, somehow, to make a career with this 2 things that I love. Being split between my work and trying to finish my college + having to pay my bills and rent, I find it very difficult to save some money so I could start following my dreams. I'm still trying to save money, to find any solution, to get closer to my dreams, every day, that's why I'm trying this way too. I'm not trying to make things easier and not work hard to get towards where I want to, but I'm trying every solution possible. Thank you a lot for taking your time to read this, really appreciate it.
