Follow the Yellow Brick Road

If you are reading this, then that means you are interested in knowing us , so let me start from the beginning , sounds logical right ? Our passion for adventure and travel brought us together , we are a group of friends that values friendship more than anything in the world , our motto is « If we walk far enough , we shall one day reach somewhere, but the most important thing for us is the road... The road is life ». We decided that we want to go on a journey together, a journey towards our ultimate dream, a journey home... And home is where the heart is . The idea is to promote our country in the countries we plan on visiting, our passion for journalism got us to decide on how to do that without coming off too unreal. Fast forward to present day, we are living in Tunisia, we have done everything we are supposed to do by the age of 20, we are students in well respected universities, active in different associations, living our lives like we are supposed to be living it, until it came clear to us that we can be more... We are passionate about writing, but we are as passionate by learning and discovering, and most importantly sharing that as inspiration to others. One of the goals we seek to achieve by this is , creating a documentary that not only speaks of what monuments to visit and what food to have, but how to truly see, destinated to the young people that share our beliefs and that are looking for guidance even if they still don’t know it yet. We want to inspire them through photographs, that we believe captures the essence of things and speaks far more eloquently than words. We want to reach out to them and show them these different cultures the way we see them, cultures not less important than our own, a culture we care to present.,. We inspire to set an example for the youth of Tunisia, to show them that they have a choice, instead of living how we are told, succeed in studies, graduate by the age of 23, find a job that pays off rent, get married by the age of 25 and have children and pass through existance like you never lived. We are not underestimating the importance of these stages of existance, but we crave a different kind of success. We want to leave trouble wherever we go, we strongly believe that to truly live, one must go after knowledge and adventure. We want to run, jump and fall, falling does not scare us, we only live once and we want to do it right. A wise man once said that « He who does not travel, only read one page of the book. ». Not to make it long for you, let me explain what we plan on doing, through touring Eastern Europe together, starting by Riga (Latvia), Warsaw (Poland), Prague (Czeck Republic), Budapest (Hungary), Belgrade (Serbia), Budva (Montenegro), Athens (Greece) and ending by Rome (Italy), we want to create hope, strengthen initiative taking and creativity amongst young people our age, giving them choice through different articles we write on our website, photographs we take, videos we post to our YouTube channel and promote our beautiful country wherever we go.
