Flynn,A beautiful 5 year old little boy. A Super Hero!Flynn graduated from Kinder last year in 2016.This year he will start Prep with his friends in Berwick. He is extremely excited and ready. We want to help make it easier for him and his loving family to get there.To say Flynn is a sweetheart would be an understatement. He is a real gentle soul. He would honeslty not hurt a fly. He is loving and kind to his friends, family and those around him.Flynn's Mum and Dad were given some devestating news on the 18th of Jan 2017. Heartbreaking in fact. Poor Flynn had been suffering from severe headaches for a little while now. They had taken him to the Doctor who just brushed it off as headaches. These debilitating headaches continued which lead them to have a scan to investigate further. The news was in and it was not what any parent wanted to hear. Flynn had quite a large tumour on the rear of his brain.Life isn't fair! Bad things shoudn't happen to anyone but a little boy of 5. He should not have to endure such pain and neither should his loved ones. He has only begun his journey in life and deserves to be here just as much as the rest of us, if not more.Flynn was sent to the Childrens Hospital so that he could recieve the best care possible. Flynn had to undergo a very lengthy surgery. Being under anaesthetic is never nice but Flynn was under for approx 9 hours. You can only begin to imagine how stressful this must have been for him and his family. Flynn is now recovering from a surgery that has left him in extreme amounts of pain. Sure pain that will go away in time but pain that he should never have to experience. They were able to retrieve most of this nasty tumour and are now waiting anxiously for the results.So far they have had to stay in the hospital with no accomidation. They also have two other children to care for. Tessa 2 and Riley 9.Any money raised here is going to be much appreciated and is going to help them with so much.
