Tracie is a Deaf-Blind mother of 3 (one teen daughter is also Deaf-Blind) and she is representing theDeaf-Blind community at the 2013 Florida Vision  Summit in Tallahasee , Florida on Thursday, February 7, 2013.  Tracie will be participating in round-table discusioons regarding the needs of the Deaf-Blind community.
