Help Filipino who is affected by flood

Flooding continues to cause disruptions across Bataan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, and Metro Manila, although floodwaters are reportedly beginning to recede in Pampanga. Over 22,000 people have been evacuated in Bataan and approximately 5,500 have been evacuated in Pampanga. At least 18 towns have been impacted by surface flooding in Pangasinan province, including Alaminos City, Bani, Agno, Sta. Barbara,Calasiao, Manaoag, Dagupan City, Mangatarem, Labrador , Mabini, Lingayen, Bugallon, Urdaneta City, Malasiqui, Agno, Natividad, Dasol and Bayambang. The cities of Dagupan and Licab have declared states of calamity. Flooding has been reported in locations including Quezon City, Taguig, and Manila. All schools were closed on Monday throughout the area. Heavy rains have inundated many roads, and transportation has been disrupted. The Marikina River has risen to approximately 52 feet, if the river reaches 59 feet, local disasters response units will force evacuations of all residents along the sides of the river. No injuries or fatalities have been initially reported. Expect disruptions across the area until the high water recedes.
