I am initiating a fund raiser for flood victims of Sri Lanka. Within a year, the nature has turned the lives of our nation into a disaster. Flooding and mudslides has killed at least 180 people including children and more are missing. Half a million Sri Lankans are displaced with no place to go.

Residents of affected areas are relying on boat services to get to shelter. Families with children are in hunger. Support me to help our Sri Lankan families who are lost and need a new beginning and a new dream. Let us all make them feel not alone.

Why me?

In a blink of an eye, there are Sri Lankans who has lost the things they have built up for years. Moreover, some have lost their children, and families. The primary focus of mine is to assist the Ordinary Level and Advanced Level Students, our future generation who will lead our country. I intend to provide school necessities, for them to carry on with their studies and not put a halt to what they have worked for. This will be in form of school packs containing books, mathematical instrument boxes, pens and pencils.

With the collection, my secondary aim to fund the new born to toddlers who need nutritious food, mainly milk and of course clothing and necessities for a child who entered the world to make a difference.

Of course, the details of the planning and spending will be updated as we all got together to make a transformation in the lives our own Sri Lankans.
