Fleeing a Stalker

Hello, about a year ago I broke up with my girlfriend who I had been with for 5 years. I treated her very well and for the most part she treated me about the same. Things were not going very well for the last year of our relationship and I decided to break things off. This is where things went badly. She did not take our break up very well and she has been stalking me for the last year. I have gone to the police and they gave her a warning but she just got her friends involved. She would tell them lies and make them think that I was stalking her. I had moved once about an hour away from where I am from and she found me and sent one of her friends to my house. He made it clear that he was a member of a gang and threatened me and my family. I have moved since then but I don't know if they will find me or not. I have not been able to work and I rarely leave the house because of fear. I live on welfare so I don't have much money. I need the funds to move across the country so I can get away from all of this and get my life back and have some piece of mind. I am so tired of living in fear. Thanks you so much for your help.
