Flaneurs – Mongol Rally 2016

In breve: dal Regno Unito alla Mongolia, 15.000km. Con una macchina del 1984 e 1.000 di cilindrata. E tanta beneficenza.

IL TEAM

Flâneur, termine reso famoso dal poeta francese decadentista Charles Baudelaire, indica il gentiluomo che vaga per le vie cittadine provando emozioni nell'osservare il paesaggio.

Il flâneur è dedito all'esplorazione non affrettata e libera da programmi, è tipicamente molto consapevole del suo comportamento pigro e privo di urgenza ed era descritto, per esemplificare questa sua caratteristica umorale, come "uno che porta al guinzaglio delle tartarughe lungo le vie di Parigi".

Il team Flaneurs nasce per partecipare al Mongol Rally 2016, portando la flànerie da Milano alle steppe della Mongolia, in auto, a scopo benefico ed estetico.

LA BENEFICENZA

Lo scopo del Mongol Rally è prima di tutto benefico, anche se prevede "solo" 1.000£ obbligatorie che il team si è già impegnato a versare.

Il team Flaneurs ha l'obiettivo di raccogliere una cifra ben più alta per la beneficenza, ed in cambio degli sforzi aggiuntivi ricevere un piccolo aiuto sui costi di organizzazione del rally e degli eventi charity collegati.

Le 1.000£ "minime" previste dal regolamento saranno devolute a CoolEarth.org, un ente che si occupa di proteggere le foreste pluviali in collaborazione con le comunità indigene.

Il team ha scelto l'associazione "Quelli che... con Luca" come Onlus di riferimento a cui devolvere almeno il 60% del fundraising.

Quelli che.. con Luca sostiene la ricerca per una cura efficace alla leucemia infantile, la forma più frequente di tumore pediatrico e la seconda causa di morte dopo gli incidenti.

LE RICOMPENSE

5 Euro: CHARITY! Vuoi effettuare solo una donazione alla Onlus? Siamo contenti lo stesso! Una volta effettuata la donazione riceverai una ricevuta

10 Euro: CHARITY AND SUPPORT. Vuoi donare alla Onlus e allo stesso tempo supportarci? Bene, 6 euro andranno alla Onlus (con ricevuta di donazione) e il resto ci aiuterà per l'organizzazione del viaggio. Sarai anche menzionato nel nostro blog.

30 euro: DRESSING FLANEURS. Lo sappiamo, non puoi vivere senza la nostra maglietta. Con questa ricompensa donerai 15€ alla onlus e riceverai una delle nostre t-shirt e i nostri adesivi. Ovviamente ti ringrazieremo sui social e ti invieremo una foto personalizzata dal Rally.

50 euro: FLANEURS TRAVEL KIT. Vuoi fortemente supportarci? Con questa ricompensa donerai 25€ alla Onlus e il tuo nome sarà scritto su un piccolo adesivo attaccato sulla carrozzeria dell'auto. Inoltre riceverai una delle nostre t-shirt, i nostri adesivi e soprattutto un travel kit offerto da Womo/Bullfrog, che ci supporta in questa impresa epica.

E ovviamente riceverai un enorme ringraziamento sui nostri social e una foto personalizzata dal Rally.

100 euro: UNO DI NOI. Vuoi fare proprio sul serio? Con questa ricompensa donerai 50€ alla Onlus e il tuo nome sarà scritto su un grande adesivo sulla carrozzeria dell'auto. E ovviamente riceverai ENTRAMBE le nostre t-shirt, i nostri adesivi, uno dei nostri gadget e soprattutto un kit da rasatura Womo/Bullfrog, che ci supporta in questa impresa epica.

THE TEAM

Flâneur, term made famous by the French poet Charles Baudelaire, indicates the gentleman wandering the streets trying emotions observing the landscape.

The flâneur is dedicated to the exploration unhurried and free from programs, is typically very aware of his behavior lazy and lacking in urgency and was described, to exemplify this humoral feature, as "one who brings the leash of turtles along the streets of Paris".
The flâneurs team is composed by Massimiliano De Marco, Marco Candiloro and Massimo Sorrenti and was created to participate in the Mongol Rally 2016, bringing the flanerie from Milan to the steppes of Mongolia, by car, on benefic and aesthetic purpose.

CHARITY

The purpose of the Mongol Rally is first of all beneficial, even if it provides "only" £ 1,000 mandatory that the team has already undertaken to pay.

The Flâneurs team has a goal of raising a well-highest figure for the charity, and in exchange for additional efforts, to receive a little help on the rally organization costs and related charity events.

The £ 1,000 "minimum" laid down in Regulation shall be resolved in CoolEarth.org, an entity that deals with protecting the rain forests in collaboration with indigenous communities.

The team chose the association "Quelli che... con Luca" as a reference non-profit organization to which devote the fundraising.

Quelli che.. con Luca supports research for a cure childhood leukemia, the most common form of childhood cancer and the second leading cause of death after accidents.

5 Euro: CHARITY! You want to support just our charity, and we are happy anyway! You will receive a receipt for your donation, that will entirely go to our charity

10 Euro: CHARITY AND SUPPORT. You would like to donate for our charity and at the same time support us. Great! So, 6 euro will go to our charity and you will receive a receipt for that; the rest will help us with the Rally organization. You will be mentioned in our blog/site.
