Fix my back

Please help I have been a Diamond driller for over 20 years and now have a damaged spine due to the constant manual labour. I have a worn back joint 3 prolapsed and bulging discs one is piercing through the other this is causing a great deal of pain and my mobility is greatly affected it is very difficult to to simple things like go to the bathroom other than attending hospital or doctors appointments I am not even leaving the house. I am not a great beliver in running to have an operation at the first sign of trouble as I believe that the body has the ability to heal its self given the right resources. Currently I am trying to raise £1300 for 20 IDD therapy sessions these sessions consist of of non invasive spinal decompression treatments which over time can give you the same if not better results than surgery. This amazing treatment is far cheaper than surgery but is not currently available on the NHS and being unable to continue with my trade of over two decades it is difficult to find the rescources to fund this hence the reason you are reading this today I  was hoping that maybe somebody out there may be in a position to help me so that i can get back to enjoying life with my two young children who are 1 and 3 and providing everything they need from a father. The clinic I have approached is called Spinex disc clinic in London they specailise in this area please feel free to have a look at their website to gain more of an insight into this non invasive treatment. So far I have had 3 treatment sessions with the help of family but am unable to fund anymore despite the fact that the therapist says that I need intensive treatment 5 days a week for 20 sessions having had physiotherapy and nerve root injections this really is a last resort attempt to avoid surgery. I hope someone out there can help me start living again and become pain free as everyday at the moment is very difficult.
