Forward Dyson volunteers from MDC & MAM are helping us to celebrate Ramadan and Eid this year with a community initiative, to bring support to children in our local community. Your kind donations will help orphans and kids in need to celebrate Hari Raya and bring them happiness at this special time of year.
About Fitrah Qaseh Residence
The Fitrah Qaseh Residence in Larkin Johor is a shelter home founded by a husband and wife to provide a protection home for less fortunate kids. Other than orphans, the residents also came from broken families and those who seek protection against child abuse and domestic violence. Fitrah Qaseh is registered with the Department of Welfare and also depend on public funding to support their monthly maintenance. At the moment they have more than 70 residents from infant to teenagers aged up to 17 years old.
Aidil Fitri clothes donation & Iftar for Fitrah Qaseh’s residents
Clothes donation and breakfast meal pack (iftar) is happening this upcoming Ramadhan month. We are aiming to support the less fortunate kids in Fitrah Qaseh Residence by sponsoring their Hari Raya attire and one of the iftar sessions for Ramadhan. Do join us by either donating a new/used Hari Raya attire for the kids or simply donating a minimum of RM10/per meal for the breakfast.
How do we do this?
Sign up for the clothes donation before 19th April by clicking on this link (MDC & MAM collection only).
** For hygiene purposes, all clothes to be donated need to be washed and packed in a packaging that will be provided to you. Detail instruction will be provided when you signed up.
For the meal pack you can donate a minimum of RM10/meal through this donation site until 1st May.
** There is no limit on the clothes and meal pack donations
All clothes donation and meal packs will be delivered to Fitrah Qaseh Residence on 9th May 2021.
