Tenacity Training Facility will be a fitness facility focusing on Strength and conditioning, tactical training and MMA in the Ocean County, NJ area. This gym will be open to any Veteran, Military Personnel, Current or Retired Police officers,Current or Retired Firemen and those training for the academy or basic training. We will specialize in working with Veterans with PTSD by using fitness as a form of therapy. There will be a stress/therapy dog on the property at all times. All trainers will be certified in the aspect in which they are coaching as well as CPR and AED certified.
By creating a gym like this we are not only bettering the health of those that protect and serve us, but helping those that have protected our country and/or served our country.
