Keep these fish ponds running!

The ongoing drought and disappointing crops were the cause of this creative solution. In this way, Butterfly supports the local population in a sustainable manner by increasing their food supply.

Soon our volunteers will be off to work again, training the local population in making the fishponds even better. We succeeded in finding two enthusiastic trainees who are ready to work on these fishponds. People who are willing to get busy.

In the meantime, two out of four fishponds are dried up because of the disappointing funding situation and the poor water supply. A new water spring is necessary to provide the fishponds with fresh water in the future. To realize all of this and to continue our work to keep these ponds running, we need your support.
