Fish Fund for Fishermen from Scarborough Shoal

In the Philippines, there is a place called Scarborough Shoal located within the Philippine boundaries. However, China claimed that this is their land and currently, they are harassing our fishermen. Fishing is the primary source of living in that area of Bajo de Masinloc, and Panatag Shoal and because they can't fish anymore, their family are starving, and worst, they can't fish in our OWN LAND.

We aren't capable of fighting China, because they are one of the riches country and their troops are way too stronger than ours. So, as their fellow Filipino, I would like to help them, by providing enough fund so they can build their own fishponds.
