My name is Patthanant Lecourt as known as "Jo" the owner of a small travel agency in Phuket which operated since Oct 2013 based on private tours only. My work have to get in touch a lot of customers from all over the world with different ages, colours, physicals, personalities and request services. And I have seen tourists who traveled with wheelchairs that make me feel I want to be a part to improve tourism in Thailand for these customers. then in December 2019 I had the opportunity to take care wheelchair customer traveled with his family, we called him "Panchi" also he just started his travelling Instagram name "keepnrolling" for the holiday that just end. During 2 days trip (1 day in Samui and 1 day in Phuket) we spent together I have seen how difficult with physical obstacles for transportation and visiting places. A part of our services I believe we could have done more so this makes the funding project start.

The project is set up to provide wheelchair-supported vehicle for tourism in Thailand. There are many wheelchair vehicles in Thailand but not one the legal for tourists use in terms of insurance covers, license plate registration, and legal tour operations. I aim to support elderlies and travellers with disability that travels with wheelchair. The plan is to provide fully wheelchair transportation with hydraulic lift from/to airport, hotels, cruises, and tours.

The reason for funding due to Thai Law to register public transportation license plate with modified vehicle is complicated. To make a proper license plate that requires a lot of process and money. After modification is completed, we have to send the vehicle to "The Excise Department" to examine and approve. A modified vehicle pay tax is 40% total price of the vehicle price plus customize parts prices. The tax must be paid in cash. Then we will received a certified document to declare to the Department of Land Transport to get a public transport license plate. And the vehicle must less than 2 years for register as public use so I can get the van with some loan monthly but for process of get it done that will be all in cash.

As I believe that everyone should have equality to travel anywhere in the world, this will help and courage wheelchair people to be able to travel more, see more and experience more. Thailand is tourism country and this will make them considering to visit as it's convenience, that will help for income to locals. If we turn busy and get successful we hope we can request facilities to our government to change the structures for support universal accessibility.

For every donors who helps you can use full amount to spending when the vehicle is operating (or 5% discount for regular company products) and if you donate over than 6000 Baht (200 USD) you will get 10% discount for the company products as regular tours, join tours, and etc.
