First Time Homebuyer & School Loans

My name is Kendra and I am in my third year as a student at The Ohio State University. I will be graduating December 2013, and six months after that my school loans will need to start being paid. Also, my boyfriend of nearly 5 years and I are looking to buy a house and hopefully get married. We need to buy a house, because the apartment we live in does not allow pets, and we are extreme animal lovers. Currently my mother (who has cerebral paulsy) and father are taking care of my dogs, since they are not allowed to live with us. And it is getting more and more difficult for my older parents to care for our energetic pups. I am so close to finishing my degree, I do not want to give up on it now. My boyfriend and I  both have jobs, but they are only part time. We make enough to get by, but we are unable to save anything because all of our paychecks go straight to paying the bills. We live very minimally already: the only monthly bills we have are rent, electricity, internet, and our cell phones. If anyone is willing to help us out a little that would be great.
