First Scented Candle E-commerce in Pakistan

I am starting a luxury scented candle e-commerce in Pakistan to target urban population in main cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad etc. I need to raise fund for following items:

Website Domain, Hosting, website theme, web designing, setup payment methods, soy wax, candle jars, personalized packaging, essential oils, online campaigns/promotions, delivery cost etc.

I will be operating from home for the most part therefore there is no large fixed cost. I hope to scale it enough to quit my day job and solely focus on this.

To get myself started, I have list of approx. 100,000 emails, address and phone numbers of my target market. This includes per capita spending by location on luxury retail products.
