I made the move to owning my first home, after renting for over 9 years.
The history of this house is starting to show, things that hadn't been picked up during the purchase. I've had it re-roofed and new windows put in, but the hallway walls are peeling (poor paint job from an ex-rental), the bathroom flooring and lower walls are showing water damage that'd been covered up, the kitchen that was renovated has flooring issues.
I'm looking for what amazing people can give to help me make this house great again, due to already paying for the roofing and windows i'm out of funds and the estimates are up and around $5000 just for the bathroom and repainting, the kitchen could be double that again.
