Fire relief fund for DNA Garage, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Our garage was founded in April 2017.

DNA Garage stands for Danial & Asran Garage, a small family business servicing all make and model of cars from minor to major repair. We started from humble beginnings, with the help of our late father and relative providing us with modest capital to set up our business.

We ran our garage in Sunway Damansara for a good couple of years and however were asked to leave by the bank when they took over the building we rented about a month ago. Following numerous negotiation with the bank, they insisted to sell the building and refused to extend our tenancy in which has forced us to look for a new location. Given that we are a small-self-funded business, we seek to find a new affordable location that is niche and less-known.

Unfortunately, our new garage at a new location located in Kampung Melayu Subang, Shah Alam caught fire just after one month of moving in.

We spent about USD11,500.00 of our business funds moving into the new location.

So now we are back at square one and require funding to replace damaged equipment in the fire, including special tools, 2 units of scissor lift, 1 unit of 4-post car lift, 2 pieces of 7-foot rack stacked with lubricants and spare parts, garage main entrance roller shutter doors, re-painting job includes fit-out, security inspection (fire & fit for occupancy), insurance, and security technology equipment.

We are both devoted husbands and fathers in need of help as the garage is our main source of income for the family and our employees.
