Finishing my degree

I am Nurov Umidjon , from Uzbekistan, I just finished my level 2 and stopped my degree , because I could not pay for course fees, Parents are stopped sending money to me with reasons. Anyway I have to finish my level 3 and I will get Tourism Management Dual degree UK Staffordshire and Malaysian degree at Asia Pacific University in Malaysia. When I finish my degree, then I want to start my own business, it is already ready to run it, but I am waiting license for my business. After getting a degree I will be able to get that license, actually my business is service in tourism industry. I am promoting Uzbekistan's touristic destinations to the world.
