RESTORING ELSIE - A PROJECT OF LOVE

We found Elsie (LC) 2 months ago, tucked away on a piece of land in Cork. She served her owners well while they built their current house. Since then she´s been somewhat forgotten. She has a wee stove inside her belly and is all kitted out, and just needs some dusting, varnishing (& a new painted exterior that our resident artist Vanja will magic up!). With no bad rust damage and no leakage issues she will be ready to live in after just a few weeks! We would love to restore her back to her original Glory and fill her up with excitement and fun. She is a vintage SC, from the 50´s and we have fallen in love with her!

The plan to give her a new home here at Half Acre Cottage, Crowinstown, West Meath. She will be used extensively, as a backup home, as a treatment room, and as an Airbnb. The only issue is that Elsie no longer drives. We need to get her transported. This is a low-loader job. So far we have been quoted 1,200 to have her moved from Cork to our land here near Ballinglough Castle. She´s heavy and so fuel costs to tow her are extra high!

We need the help of our community to continue with our dream. We can raise half of the money, but we are under pressure to get her up here to create extra sleeping space before Winter. We have created amazing prizes to encourage this process. We are offering 2 nights stay next Summer when project Elise is complete, where you get to have a wonderful personalised stayover that will allow you to witness first hand the benefits of supporting this project. We are also offering magic tea & cake prizes, and the best prize ever, a wonderful Amatsu therapy by our master therapist Younis in the cosy interior of Elsie, once she´s been all kitted out! . ANY donation would be deeply appreciated.

Update on the team is Tanya has been accepted onto the BTWS business plan and has finally registered her new business A Time To Gather. The wait was long and she had to be very adaptable in order to survive the long application process. One aspect of the work is the restorative Keening project, helping people meet their grief through the tradition of Lament. Anther aspect will be preparation and integration for people who have experienced a peak experience or an Awakening or Peak experience (e.g. medicine or near death).

Vanja an amazing digital Artist, joined us late Summer and has been a wonderful addition to getting this project off the ground. He will be happy to move into the house as he is currently living in a Bell Tent on the land and it is starting to get cold. This backup dwelling will mean he can be nice a warm and cosy bed for the Winter.

Younis´ practice is now functioning, with all the new energetic support, and is catching up on the debt that built up over the last few years from lack of client work. This means the house is no longer at risk and we can safely keep adding to the improvements without fear of loosing the property or takeover. We have managed to build a patio for practice of martial arts in the garden and hope to build a permanent roof structure to host groups and teach the artform of Jujutsu and contact combat.

Dave is nicely secure in his Yurt where amazingly healing shamanic practices, group and 1 to 1, can take place. We have a womb of care waiting for our friends and recently we had our first gathering and tested out the wonderful energy and so much magic is happening there already.

We trust our plan will fall into place naturally once we continue our work with integrity, and also feel that placing Elsie in the picture will assist us to achieve our long term solution for the whole team and allow us to continue to entertain and welcome our tribe. If you can donate 10-20 Euro on this final part of the jigsaw we can start building on a project that will allow us to have a unique venue to welcome groups and our friends for retreats and gatherings in the future.
