Finding peace in achieving my dream!

Life can be a struggle sometimes, this year it's been a constant one. Not everyone knows, but I've been having some serious medical problems that I've been fighting. In that fight, I feel like I have lost my identity, who I am. I desperately need to find myself and do something for me.

It has been a long time dream of mine to become a doula. For those of you who don't know, a doula is: someone who offers emotional and physical support to a woman and her partner before, during and after childbirth.

When I was pregnant both times, a doula was something I wanted and needed, but not something we could afford.

After I complete my training and begin my own small business, I want to provide my services on a sliding fee scale so that EVERYONE can have the option of having doula support.

I am asking for assistance with the schooling cost, plus a little extra for babysitting (if needed) and nights when I'm too into studying to cook dinner!
