Financial woes create dire straits for me and my dog

I am at the point of creating this fundraiser because I have exercised all options available to produce money for food, gas, car insurance, etc. and I almost feel like a nervous breakdown...I am a 45 year old male in Connecticut who has been out of work for many months and unable to find work - I am listed with over 20 staffing agencies and headhunters who are unable to even find me unskilled labor work for any duration...I even created a new resume to outline adminstrative duties and still can't find work just using MS word and excel. I am currently on food stamps, but don't qualify for welfare.
I am living with a person who has provided me a room in exchange for house repairs/renovations and landscape work in exchange for room/board because I am unable to pay for rent. I also have a small chihuahua dog who I must take care of well. He is a rescue dog who has become the biggest part of my life and I am almost at the point where I am unable to even buy him food and have had tears of thoughts that I may one day have to find him a temporary foster home until I get back on my feet.
On top of this, I just received a license suspension notice because I am unable to afford my car insurance - I have no more personal items to sell to get money and even asked people for money on facebook to help me. My car is need of desperate repairs (1999 hyundai elantra).
I am at a very high level of stress and depression right now - unable to sleep at night because of all this...not to mention I need meds for my acid reflux disease and I am hypoglycemic ...because I can't buy food, if I don't eat "properly" and this just adds to my health related issues. This is almost humilating for me to ask ANYONE out there to extend their hearts to me and my dog (Paco) for help - I am BEGGING at this point for help ...I don't know what to do anymore, but if I had some money to regain my car insurance and get my license activated again ... it would be a blessing! I am asking for money to buy meds, buy food, buy food for my dog, get my car insurance up to date so my license doesn't get suspended, get some gas in my car and if I get enough, maybe get the much needed repairs done on my vehicle.
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN - GOD BLESS THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE ABLE TO HELP ME AND PACO!

No insurance and license suspended
Update posted by CTGuy45 at 02:10 pmMy car insurance was cancelled (due to non payment) and they reported it to the state and now the state has suspended my license. The insurance company wanted $449 for a premium payment (which I haven't had that amount of money in over 2 years at any given time) and. . . . .
NEED CAR BATTERY ASAP
