Help me to gather funds for my upcoming SPINE SURGERY and Rehabilitation l ACDF (Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion).

Hello! I'am Carl Kelvin B. Gutierrez 29 years of age, seeking for your help for my upcoming Spine Surgery (ACDF) - Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion. I have a herniated Cervical Disc (C4-C5-C6) diagnosed last April 2015, since then I have difficulty in walking, I have no balance and I have a severe pain and numbness in the neck, arms, legs, and back area of my body. I got the injury thru unfortunate accident. Now My Cervical Disc has to be replaced by an artificial disc with titanium plates, followed with physical therapy.

My Surgery will be on November 18, 2019 (Monday) @ USTH (University of Sto. Tomas Hospital) in the philippines.
