Financial Support for Mary Joy

Hi, everyone! Trust that all of you are doing well.

I am writing on behalf of Mary Joy Immaculata, a friend and a former colleague, who's suffering from Hypothyroidism.

Not known to many, Hypothyroidism is a condition in which your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough of certain important hormones. They said that you won't feel you have one until you discover bilateral nodules associated with cyst - goiter.

Below is exactly the result of her ultrasound:

"Thyromegaly with mass nodules,bilaterally as described.cystic with punctuate internal bright echo right lobe. Defined heterpgenous isoechpic wth peripheral vascularity"

She courageously submitted herself to Total Thyroidectomy just last month to remove the cyst which became bigger and more active (since she got pregnant last year and wasn't able to perform the operation right away). However, she was told that she needs to undergo weekly lab exams, to cure her FT4, and to take countless medicines for her entire lifetime, in order to recover. ..and these sum up to a very huge amount, which her family can't handle; the very reason why I am bravely asking for all the help that we could shelter them.

In addition, her condition gave birth to gastroenteritis and hypertension.

We may not know you, but we know that our Dear Lord made a way for you to read this and be a blessing to my friend and to her family.
