Elchie's Cancer Story
Our Very dear friend Elchie is 27 years old and was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
For those of you who know her, you know that she is an extraordinary human being. She is cheerful, loving, unbelievably strong and always puts her family before herself.
She used to work in Dubai, UAE to help her family back home (Bohol, Philippines) and to have a better future. As a result of her recent diagnosis, she had to go back home and be with her family as she seeks immediate treatment.
Unfortunately, life back home is hard and most of her medical expenses are not covered by her insurance and with everyday necessities of life, money is getting tighter and tighter.
Elchie will need 9 cycles of Chemo therapy which cost approximately Php120,000 to Php150,000.
Despite all these, Elchie remains positive and grateful for each waking day.
Let us show love and support to Elchie. Anything you can donate will be truly appreciated. Everything we can do to help is really important so she can focus on beating cancer.
