Financial help required to pay for my master’s degree

The value of education is something that I have understood since a very young age. My mother

did not get an opportunity to attend college while my father did his Bachelor’s in Arts. My

parents faced various barriers in their personal and professional lives because of their

educational qualifications. They made a dedication at a very early stage to provide me with

everything inside their range. But during my High school board exams my father passed away.

After that entire responsibility of family was on me and my mother shoulders.

My family has made many sacrifices to allow me to focus on education throughout primary and

secondary school. Because of their love and sacrifice over the years, I have possessed the

capacity to dedicate the time and energy to academic accomplishment despite the fact money

has always been tight factor for us. I completed my Bachelors with first division and always

been among the toppers list. I have also been active in my college’s commerce society serving

the students for three years and also volunteered in the college events. There is a lot of down

time, instead of just sitting around, I stay busy by providing tutorial classes in Business studies

and Economics throughout my bachelors as this was one of the way to contribute in family's

budget. I always try to look for things that need to be done instead of waiting to be told what to

do.

I won’t claim that my credentials will bow away or that I have some exceptionally rare skill that

makes me suitable, I have an excellent 3.0/4.0 GPA, I have done volunteer work, several

extracurricular activities, and sports. I feel like all of this makes adequately qualified for your

scholarship, it doesn’t set me apart. What sets me apart, and what I think is unique and special

about me, is my combination of work ethic and my drive to succeed. I’m always willing to go

above and beyond to do better not to get praise or to get a award but because I should

approach everything in my life with the drive to exceed. Work hard, do the right thing so that

when a difficult situation arises you are ready and prepared.

I think that my accomplishments and my perseverance to continue accomplishing, have and will

lead me to success. College is a tough road to say the least but I’m convinced I will be

successful and this financial aid will be a priceless help in pursuing my higher studies and best

thing ever one can gift someone is quality education

( Education can influence one’s life in most amazing way, Education or learning can never be

stolen or broken. It is the best weapon to succeed in this beautiful world. )

Now I have an opportunity to become the first person in my family to earn a Master’s degree.

For the same, I need financial support so that I can achieve my goal and dreams of my parents.

I will continue to apply the same diligence to my collegiate studies as I have to this point,

making education and service to others my top priority. I will represent your organization well

during my years in college and beyond.
