Back in July 2017, I had built a new home (in pic) for me and my mom to stay. Earlier, we used to stay in rented house. I had lost my dad due to a stroke 6 years back and I don't have any siblings. I had applied for a home loan of $165000 in May 2017. Everything was going fine until recently more bills started to show up. We now have pending bills (wood, paint etc) of around $3000. This was completely unexpected and sadly we have used up all the money my dad had left behind. This is a crisis I have never faced before and I'm under a lot of pressure to pay. Sadly, we are not being offered help by any people we know of. I work for a BPO and I earn only $260 per month. Half of my income is being paid off for my home loan and I'm able to save only $10 to $15 a month. I'm able to take care of my home loan but I'm finding it too hard to clear these pending bills since I'm the only one who earns. My 66 year old mom is very much worried. I don't like to sell my new home and go back to a rented house again. I came across this website last week, hoping to get some help. I appreciate any amount of help you can give and I will be truly grateful.
