Help with ongoing care and treatments for my special needs girl

I am writing to you today to ask for your help with my daughter, Lola's medical expenses and treatments. As a single mother of two, I have been struggling to make ends meet, especially since I lost my job during the pandemic. Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to afford the medical care and treatments that Lola needs.

Lola was born with spina bifida, which has been a challenge for us from the start. To make matters worse, she was recently diagnosed with autism. As you can imagine, it has been a difficult journey for our family, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that Lola gets the care and support she needs.

One of the biggest challenges we face is that Lola needs to go to a special school for Autistic children. We are doing everything we can to provide her with the education and support she needs, but it is expensive. On top of that, Lola has to go for therapy and regular check-ups with her ophthalmologist and pediatrician. These costs are mounting, and I have no way to pay for all of them.

As her mother, it breaks my heart to not be able to provide my daughter with the medical treatments that are necessary for her to have any kind of life in the future. I am doing everything I can to keep her healthy and happy, but I need your help.
