Financial Assistance for Medicines, Laboratory Test & Medical Supplies for Jessa Mae Batan

I am Rachelle Yco from Capas, Tarlac would like to appeal for any amount which will help Mr. Manuel Batan, a family friend who has a 16-year-old daughter namely Jessa Mae Batan with a Bilateral Singles System Ectopic Ureter, a condition wherein continuous dribbling of urine without any voiding stream since birth. His father who work in the Municipality of Aglipay, Quirino earning only a minimum salary and her mother who is only a vendor in the market can hardly finance the medical need of their poor daughter. They have been staying in the hospital for almost 6months. As of today, with the help of the NGOs and some of her relatives, they were already released from the hospital. For her to fully recover from her surgery, her parents are asking for any amount to sustain her medicine, laboratory test, medical supplies and to finance her follow-up check ups. A little help for a little amount could possibly heal our friend who is struggling since birth. I believe that with your help, God will bless you more than with what you deserved.
