Urgent Financial assistance needed

Hi My brother, Bing Kim is 34 y/o and currently working. But income are not stable. The family have try our best to assist them but there is limit for us as we are low earner. He has a child which is 9 months. He use the little monies to buy pamper, milk power and on transportation to work. Nowadays he and his wife do not have monies for their meal.
