Financial/situational struggle of two mentally challenged teens

There is a lot to talk about, so I will be making a video with my girlfriend to explain everything but I'll give a briefing here. I've had a really not so good life up until this point, I've had very abusive parents, both physically and verbally, and I've also got some disabilities which I haven't been getting medication for because I haven't been able to buy them because I don't get any financial support. I met my girlfriend online, took her into my place because she was getting abused by her mother, knowing that she'd be safe here because I'm the only one who gets abused in my household. She noticed how bad it is and we ended up getting in an argument with my parents over my life and I ended up going homeless with her. The most unfortunate thing was, we were happier homeless than we were anywhere, but we still weren't safe seeing as we had no shelter. Few weeks later I had to stop getting financial support from the government because we moved back in with my parents so we weren't on the streets, which was saddening because they tried so hard to convince us. Now we're trying to find a place and get support but there's no support, and we're both unable to work after many attempts at trying.

I'm not asking for tens of thousands, I'm not asking for everything in the world.

I just want to be able to get to a point where I can live a simple life and even if it means I have to just get by from week to week, I'd be happy to get out of my current situation to do that.

I'll try to make as many videos as possible until I can give a detailed explanation to everything so if anyone is deciding whether or not it's even worth bothering, they'll get a good opportunity to judge us on everything and get their fair opportunity.

Me and her are cringy, and honestly I'm really not expecting much if anything, but if literally anything is donated to us both me and her would deeply appreciate it.
