Cesar Cordero’s hospital bill at Medical Center Muntinlupa and Angiogram procedure at Philippine Heart Center

My husband, Cesar Cordero, 58 years old, is a dialysis patient who was admitted last October 2, 2017, 9:09PM at Medical Center Muntinlupa due to mild heart attack. He is currently at the Intensive Care Unit due to difficulty in breathing, unstable vital signs and low blood pressure. Fortunately, after the CT scan, there's no other complications have been diagnosed.

He will be relocated for his Angiogram procedure which is only available at the Philippine Heart Center at Quezon City. It will cost us roughly P200,000. We have been given help already at various government organizations;

P30,000 from Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz, City of San Pedro Laguna

P5000 from DSWD

but we still cannot cover all the medical expenses as there are various payments needed for his treatment so we are hoping for everyone's help. Any amount is very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your time.
