final year tuition fee

hi, everyone i am a medical student in ukraine. this is my fifth year with one more year left to achieve my undergraduate degree in the field of medicine.coming from africa specificaly kenya my sponser who happens to be having deficulties financialy would be very happy if i got the funds to help me secure my degree.she has invested in my education so much, and now that my younger sister happens to be schooling, it is tough on her.would be happy if my tuition fee was funded.thank you all in advance.
