Final Stretch Emergency

I attended Rutgers University for four years.  My graduation date is October 2013, but unfortunately, there was an emergency, and I could not pay off my term bill.  I currently have a financial hold right now, and it is hard for me to get a real job because I do not have my degree.  I can't get federal loans because the payment is past due, and I can't get private loans because I do not have a credit score.  My father lost his job for a long time, and he has 6 children to take care of, so I can't ask him to cosign for me, and I do not have anyone that would lend me this much money.  I have some money saved, currently am interning for 3 days unpaid, and my only pay is for tutoring a second grader once a week.  I need some help.  It will be greatly appreciated.
