Fiji-a-thon "Fiji Coaching Project 2013"

We are a group of 21 students undergoing studies of a Diploma of Sport Development at Holmesglen Institute at the moment of we are organising an end of year trip to Fiji where as a class we will be running coaching sessions for under privileged children and giving them an opportunity of a life time. We will also be looking to bring across some sporting equipment to be used and given to the schools coached in Fiji. 

In Fijiathon the 21 of us will attempt to cycle the distance from Melbourne to Fiji that is a long 3891 kilometers and are looking to raise a dollar for every kilometer we cycle. We will be doing our cycling at Jells Park, Wheelers Hill VIC 3150 on the 14th and 15th of October 2013 from 9:00am onwards. We will be welcoming any support we can get on the day apart from donations to help us get through the 3891 kilometers! 

At the moment we are also organising other events to fundraise money for us to make this trip happen but we need all the help we can get so every little bit counts and it would be greatly appreciated if you could aid our cause and help us make it all happen!! 

Other upcoming fundraisers: sausage sizzles at local stores, Trivia night on 11th oct 2013, movie night on Oct 3rd 2013 at Pinewood Cinemas showing Rush.
