Fighting the PCOS and endometrios battle

Last year i had an unfortunate incident on my birthday! My appendix burst! I was rushed to ER and as weird as it sounds, i am so grateful i had appendicitis because the operating doctors found and removed advanced cysts on my ovaries in the same surgery. As my luck would have it, this year, 2 weeks after my birthday, i was struck down by a ruptured cyst and endured an asthma attack ontop of it all. I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovaries (PCOS) and stage 3 endometriosis. I was on schedule 4 medication to keep the growths under control yet just recently i have discovered that i yet again need surgery for returned cysts. I have not only exhausted my medical savings to afford medication but i am still on a medical aid waiting period for chronic illness and therefore have to pay cash for my surgery, admission and an anethetist. Id really appreciate any help i can get. I just want to get rid of these growths and constant pain so that i can lead a somewhat ordinary life
