Fighting injustice in Sports

I am new to this and my only reason for trying this is because I really need help to raise funds to defend myself in the CAS (Court of Arbitration in Sports), which is in Switzerland. Last year I was Malta's National Champion in the 100m and this year was aiming to defend the title. We do not get any help and end up forking money for training and competitions. I got accused of avoiding an out of competition doping test and I believe it is not fair to face this as I believe I am innocent. I also requested CCTV Cameras and a doping test and both where denied by association. Please your help will be appreciated!
