My fiancé Raul and I are going through a very difficult situation in our lives. We've humbled ourselves and asked God for direction. This situation has been so extremely stressful that it has caused tears, heartaches, and sleepless nights for our family. We've been going through so much on our own trying to resolve this situation and now it's at the point where we need to turn to our family and friends and ask for help.

Mi prometido Raul y yo estamos pasando por unos situaciónes bien dificiles en nuestros vidas. Estamos humildes solos pidiendole a Dios por la direcsion corecta. Esta situación a sido estremadamente estresica que nos a causado lagrimás, ansiedad, y sin poder dormir en las noches por nuestra familia. Emos pasado por mucho por resolver esta situación y ahora emos llegado al punto de que nesesitamos incluir familiares y amigos, y pedir por ayuda.

Here's the situation: Many years ago in another country Raul married a woman who he found out was pregnant by another man. The two of them went through a divorce years ago. Now his ex-wife has gone to the courts suing Raul for child support of a son that is not his biological child.

Esta esla situacion: Barios años atras en otro país Raul secaso con una mujer el descubrio afuera estaba embarasada de otro hombre ambos pasaron por el divorcio años atras. Ahora su ex esposa ahido acorte demandando a Raul por pension alimentisia por un hijo que biologicamente no es del.

Raul and I thought that this situation would  be easy to fix. We figured we could just go to the courts, take a DNA test, and prove that he is not the father of this child.

Raul y yo pensamos que iba aser facil de resolver. Tomamos la decision deir a corte y aser prueba de ADN para probar que el no es padre niño.

However we've since found out that the laws in this other country are not similar to the laws of the of the United States at all. In the other country you have a very small window of time to prove that a child is not yours and that small window of time has passed since the divorce.

Descubrimos que en ese paÍs las leyes no son similar a las leyes de los Estado Unidos. En el otro paÍs tiene una ventana muy pequeña de tiempo para demostrar que un niño no es el suyo y ese pequeño espacio de tiempo ha pasado desde el divorcio.

His ex-wif has not tried to locate her son's real father instead she's coming after Raul. Now Raul is being held responsible for child support of this child that he is not the father of, he's being threatened with warrants. He is facing being arrested and extradited. All for a child that is not his child.

Su ex esposa no trata de contactar al verdadero padre del niño pero sin embargo esta detras de Raul. Ahora Raul tiene que corer con la responsabilidal de un niño que no es su hijo, asido amenasado con ordenes de aresto. Todo esto por un niño que no es del.

We've consulted with great lawyers who told us that we are going to need to raise a large amount of money which we do not have in order to fight this case.

Emos consutados con los mejore abogados y no disen que nesesitamos una cantidad enorme de dinero que no tenemos en orden para peliar con esta situacion.

Raul is a good man, a good friend, and a great father to his children here and we would be devastated on so many levels to lose him because of this situation.

Raul es un buen hombre, un gran amigo, y un gran padre para sus hijos aqui y seriamos devastados a muchos niveles silo perdiermos a el por esta situacion.

We are coming to you in need and pleading for help so please donate whatever amount you see fit in your hearts to help us.
