Grave’s disease

I am a working mom of 4 and soon to be 5.I suffer Hyperthyroidism since 2017 and I was not expecting to get pregnant last year. I was informed by the OB that I cannot give natural birth and that I will have a special Caesarian Operation for Hyperthyroidism patient that would probably cost 300,000 in Philippine Peso. I worked as a virtual assistant with a less minimum income but was stopped because my client's shop in the States also shut down. I am not still able to prepare things for the baby like clothes and stuff. I had small savings a month ago but was spent on our daily needs because of the COVID19 lock-down in our country. I am now left with nothing. Only 1 and half month to go and still don't have anything. PRAYING THAT SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT A HAND FOR HELP. ANY AMOUNT AND ANY KIND WOULD BE A BIG HELP.
