Fight workers comp

I've been out of work for over two months due to being medically disabled and severely need help with rent and paying my electricity and water bill. I am unable to go to my rehabilitation because in have no money to pay my copays. I have already had a shut off notice sent for electricity and am still not recieving any income to be able to make payments. My landlord is threatening to evict me due to being past due. It has even gotten to the point where I am getting food boxes from local churches since I cannot afford to buy groceries with 0 income.i have already had my car repossessed and due to my parents needing help earlier in the year I already borrowed from my 401k and cannot borrow from it until next year.

I have been fighting with workers compensation as well as short term disability because of incorrect wording from my doctor on my paperwork that has been fixed, but in the meantime I have been denied for both benefits that I have been diligently been paying each paycheck. I am going through the process of appealing my short term disability decision but I am in desperate need of some help.


If you can help me that would be a God send I don't know what else to do anymore one day life is good I'm working and providing for my family and the next I am going to a church for my food and wondering how I can keep the water on and the ac going in this arizona heat.
