Fight with Cora to defeat Big C

My mother has always been a fighter.

In the late 80s, she has left the Philippines to work as a nurse in Saudi Arabia to provide a better life for her family. For years, she continued to fight off loneliness and exhaustion just to make sure that we live a comfortable life. When my father passed in 2007, despite her grief, she graceful pushed on and worked even harder.

My mother has always been a fighter—but now, she’s facing her biggest battle yet.

In August 2019, my mother was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer and is in immediate need to undergo her first chemo session amounting to $1,000. We are knocking on your kind and generous hearts to help us raise enough money to make this possible.

As of writing, we will still need to raise $4,000 to fund two more rounds of chemotherapy at $1,000 per session and a surgery to remove the tumor which will cost around $2,000. These will all happen in Saudi Arabia where she's currently in.
