BIG OR SMALL, MY MOTHER WILL APPRECIATE THEM ALL

My Mother, Lucila Robredillo, 54 years old. A loving and caring mom of five, yet, by a cruel twist of fate, she was diagnosed of having Stage IIIC Colon Cancer on September 5, 2019. Due to 90% blockage of tumor in her rectosigmoid colon, she needs to undergo immediate operation (partial colectomy). Our family had spent half million of hard-earned money paid to the hospital and doctors.

Despite the unfortunate turn of events, my mom remained hopeful. Her courage to face her illness is steadfast. Her oncologist prescribed eight cycles of chemotherapy to address her illness. Medicines alone will cost PhP 30, 000 per chemotherapy session.

Dealing with cancer itself is difficult enough having learned that our family's income and earned money have exhausted.
