Fight for Mom

In 2015, I found out by accident that the home of my mother for over thirty years was fraudulently taken from her by a family member. Since that time, it has been discovered that her credit and social security was also taken. An attorney has been hired to fight this injustice on behalf of my mother. However, the legal fees are becoming difficult to sustain. I feel strongly that the legal action must continue in order to help my mother retain her dignity and remain in the home which she and my father worked so hard to obtain.

Funds are needed to continue fighting the civil and criminal battles related to helping Mom remain in her home. This may even involve repurchasing the home.
My mother means the world to me! I promised my father, prior to his death, that I would always look out for Mom and protect her. I had great hesitation in submitting this request, but I am humbly doing so because of the great injustices which have occurred and of my commitment to honor my promise to my father.
