Hey I'm Jay!

A little about my self... I'm 26 years old and i'm a proud family man. I live a traditional, sober and positive lifestyle. I'm a small business owner/operator so life gets super busy but I work hard and play with my kids even harder. The reason why I want to get in the ring first of all is because it's for a great cause and I fully support anyone who encourages youth for healthy positive lifestyles and I'm proud to support in anyway possible even if that means raising my fists for donations. It's been a dream of mine to get back into the ring since I stopped boxing when I had my first child at 16. Ive been a brawler for most of my life but haven't had a good fight since I've changed my life around 3 years ago. This is the biggest fight of my life and im training accordingly! Thank you for looking at my campaign!

We are proud to announce that the 2019 Fight for Charity event is in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg believe in the value and values of mentoring. For 50 years they have made a difference in the lives of young people. Bringing together children and youth with community volunteers, they believe every child who wants a mentor should receive one.

Children and youth facing adversity benefit from being introduced to a volunteer mentor to spend quality time with, talk about issues, and have fun. They rely on the support of the community to help over 650 young people every year who are struggling in life and need a healthy relationship; a positive influence.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg ensures strong matches are formed and supported to help children and youth become more confident, live healthy lifestyles, avoid bad life decisions, do better in school and get along better with family and friends.

Witnessing the transformation of a child into a confident, engaged and motivated young person is a remarkable thing. Ushering them into adulthood, seeing them grow into successful, responsible members of the community can be even more satisfying. For both the Big and Little, the experience often becomes a life changing relationship built on friendship, trust and empowerment.

Our fundraising goal for the 2019 event is $50,000. Please help us get there by donating anything you can to this worthy cause and sharing this page. Every dollar counts!!
