We are proud to announce that the 2022 Fight for Charity event is in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Manitoba (RMHC).

Each and every day, the RMHC Manitoba Mission is delivered through their two core programs, Ronald McDonald House, at 556 Bannatyne Avenue, and Ronald McDonald Family Room, within the walls of HSC Children’s Hospital. Their mission is to help families stay together and feel supported as they manoeuvre through the challenging and confusing journey of childhood illness or injury. Every year, RMHC Manitoba supports over 2,000 families with overnight accommodations and day use programming. The services provided by RMHC Manitoba support the emotional and physical well-being of the family unit as well as help to ease the financial burden that accompanies childhood illness or injury. This integral support will save families over 1.35 million dollars annually in costly, out-of-pocket expenses.

By delivering important services such as accommodation, meals, parking, laundry, transportation, and programming, RMHC Manitoba is providing families with daily essentials allowing parents to focus on their sick child, their family, and themselves. Keeping families together during times of emotional turmoil allows them to stay strong and fills them with a deep appreciation for all those who are part of the RMHC Manitoba Mission.

RMHC Manitoba is truly proud to be an integral part of the network of care for sick children and their families and is grateful to their community of compassionate supporters.

What one accomplishes alone can be good, but what many accomplish together makes a difference.

Our fundraising goal for the 2022 event is $50,000. Please help us get there by donating anything you can to this worthy cause and sharing this page. Every dollar counts!!
